Digital training
An association's digital training means teaching its editors to run the website, the tools and good habits (passwords, GDPR, publishing). In Kern4Good it is shared by the cohort, hands-on, on each association's content.
What you learn
- Editing a page, publishing a news item, adding an image
- Keeping the member list and sending a newsletter
- Passwords, two-factor authentication, what to publish or not
- Reading the website statistics
How it is given
By half-day, to two or three editors per association, on the association's real website and tools. A short guide stays after the session for newcomers. Cohort sessions are shared: everyone learns from the others' questions.
In Kern4Good
Website training is included in every cohort. The other trainings (tools, AI, habits) are given as at-cost consulting.
How long does it take to be autonomous on the website?
Half a day for the essentials, then a few real publications. The second news item is published without help.
What to do when the trained editor leaves the association?
The short guide left after the session is for that, and a one-hour refresher can be requested by email.
