A website for your association, at cost
From the launch website at 1 200 EUR to the multilingual complete website at 8 000 EUR: four tiers at cost, 3 to 20 days at 400 EUR, reserved to associations, and a sponsored cohort for those without budget.
A website your association can run itself
An association's website does three things: it says who you are in one sentence, it shows what you do and it gives a way to act (join, give, take part, get in touch). Everything else comes after. In the Kern4Good program every website starts from that base, with an editor the team learns in half a day.
The foundation is shared by all the associations of a cohort (the Wagtail engine, hosting, components); the visual identity and the content belong to each one. That is what makes the at-cost price possible without a generic website.
What a program website includes
Scoping
- An individual session to set the site structure
- Collective workshops on messages and copywriting
- A design made for your association, not a template
Building
- Five base pages: home, mission, actions, team, contact
- A blog or news section
- Basic SEO: titles, sitemap, schema.org, llms.txt
- Migration of your content
After going live
- A shared training for the editors
- Hosting and maintenance included the first year
- Then 75 EUR per month, pooled
- Modules from 250 EUR, quoted before commitment
One tier per need, at cost
The same know-how, two cohorts and four tiers depending on your budget, your calendar and what your team will publish itself. All amounts excl. VAT, without margin; the ladder is reserved to recognised Belgian associations.
0 EUR: the sponsored cohort
Companies fund the solidarity pool, your association pays nothing. In return you talk about your sponsors and relay the campaign.
1 200 EUR: the launch website
Three days: one to five pages generated with AI on a Kern4Good base and framed by a designer, one language, no editor. For an association that is starting out, online in ten working days after receiving the content.
2 400 EUR: the complete static website
Six days: five to ten pages, a form, news updated by us on request, still without CMS. For an association that publishes little.
4 000 EUR: the small editable website
Ten days: Wagtail, an editor for your team, three or four page templates, a blog, a short training, on a closed scope.
The Source Hub partner cohort
Five associations gathered by Source Hub, a complete website each (five pages and a blog, content migration, training, twelve months of hosting), at the cohort's reduced rate, under Source Hub's conditions.
8 000 EUR: the complete website
Twenty days: the agency's Business website, custom Wagtail, eight page templates, multilingual, migration of your content, modules (calendar, simple directory, membership, donation button), design direction. For an established association that wants a lasting base.
Search visibility is not a task
Every offer, from 1 200 EUR, includes the technical base: clean structure, titles and descriptions, sitemap, performance, mobile display, structured data, llms.txt file. With that, the website is read by Google and by AI engines, and found on your name.
Being found on the queries that matter to you ("free food parcel" followed by the neighbourhood name, "free French lessons" and a municipality) requires regular work: a content strategy, one page per lasting question, links from the municipality, the federation and partners, a monthly follow-up, optimisation for AI engines (GEO). Count a few days a month, on your side after a half-day training, or as at-cost support on quote. The guide Getting your association's website found gives the twelve-month plan.
The ladder is made for associations that need a normal website. A website with hundreds of pages whose ranking must be preserved, a platform or a private area (members, volunteers) are outside the ladder, on quote: the guide Website levels explains why.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a cohort website take?
Between two and six months, depending on the responsiveness of the five associations in the group. Individual scoping starts as soon as the cohort is confirmed; training and go-live close the cycle.
Can we keep our domain name and our content?
Yes. The domain name stays yours, we point it to the new website. Your current texts and images are migrated, sorted and reshaped during the workshops.
Who updates the website afterwards?
You do, on editable websites: the Wagtail editor works like a word processor, a news item, a page or an opening hour can be changed without any technical help. On static websites (1 200 and 2 400 EUR), changes go through us, on request.
Which tier should we choose?
Two questions: will you publish yourself every week, and do you have a lot of content, several languages or modules? No and no: a static website. Yes to the first: an editable website. Yes to both: the complete website at 8 000 EUR, or the Source Hub partner cohort if five associations gather. The first conversation decides honestly, and we say when the tier below is enough.
Does your association need a website?
Describe your situation in a few lines. We will tell you which path fits your budget and your calendar.
