A website, a CRM or an AI assistant only help if the team knows how to use them and dares to. Training is part of every project in the program: shared by the cohort, hands-on, on your own content, and it leaves a trace (a short guide that new volunteers can find).
We train editors, not the whole association: two or three people per structure, who pass it on.

What the program does today
Website training is included in every cohort. The other trainings (tools, digital habits, AI) are given as at-cost consulting, by half-day, alone or pooled between several associations of the same cohort.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need technical skills?
No. The editors are the people who already communicate for the association. If they can write an email and attach a document, they can run the website.
Is the training on site?
Both: the collective cohort workshops are on site in Brussels when possible, short sessions are held by video call and recorded for the team.
What if an editor leaves?
That is what the short guide left at the end of the training is for, and a one-hour refresher session can simply be requested by email.
