Your cohort: you bring the associations, or you fund it
A cohort is five associations and one website each. It exists in two ways: a partner gathers five associations and gets the cohort's reduced rate, as Source Hub does; or a company funds a cohort and we find the associations for it.
You bring the five associations
A federation, a municipality, a network, a platform like Source Hub, or an association that knows four others. They do not need the same purpose: a social grocery, a youth club and a community centre make a good cohort.
- The cohort's reduced rate: 7 500 € excl. VAT per website instead of 10 000 to 12 000, the Source Hub cohort price, because the foundation, the workshops and the training are shared
- A common calendar: the cohort starts as soon as the five are confirmed, with an individual scoping per association
- One referent per association who decides, and content ready or in preparation
- A mix is possible: part of the websites can be funded by the solidarity pool if sponsors are there

You fund a cohort
A company, a corporate foundation, a fund, a business club. You fund a cohort's solidarity pool, in full or in part, and we take care of finding the associations: the selection follows the programme's criteria, with your region or your theme if you wish.
- A complete cohort: five websites, about 19 days at 400 € each, so 5 × 7 500 € = 37 500 € excl. VAT; or a share, through packs, and each website starts when its funding is there
- The sponsoring counterparts: your label on the five websites, a dedicated page, the thank-you campaign relayed by the associations, the end-of-cohort report
- An invoiced service, to treat as a marketing or CSR budget: neither a donation nor patronage, no tax certificate
- Fairness: the solidarity pool funds the whole cohort, the associations are chosen on their goal and their need

The rules, to get it right
- Five associations, each with an editor who decides and content ready or in preparation
- The program's criteria apply to each, brought by you or selected by us: recognised Belgian association, clear societal goal, proven need for a website, preferably one to three years of activity
- One closing date per wave: we launch cohorts in waves, depending on the team's capacity. A brought or funded cohort goes first, but the date remains that of the wave
- No guarantee on the sponsored cohort: it depends entirely on the companies that respond and the funding obtained; we commit to no date and no number of websites before the money is there
- No date promised before the calendar: we give it at the first conversation, not before. A waiting list exists and it is respected
- Mixed paths are possible: two websites funded by the solidarity pool and three at the reduced rate make a cohort

Every pack goes in full to the solidarity pool, which pays the websites' days of work at cost. The list is updated with every new sponsor. The number of websites funded and their calendar depend on the companies that respond: nothing is guaranteed until the money is there.
