Digitalisation grant (Brussels)
What it is
A Brussels regional grant that reimburses part of eligible digitalisation expenses. On the official page on 19 September 2026: a base rate of 25%, raised up to 70% with the increases (young company, priority sector, economic transition), a cap of 10 000 EUR per beneficiary and per year. The application is filed before the mission starts, on the Brussels Economy and Employment platform, and the mission is carried out by a provider meeting the conditions.

For an association
The grant is designed for SMEs with a registered office in Brussels. A non-profit is not excluded as a matter of principle, but the official page says nothing explicit: eligibility is checked case by case, on the presence of an economic activity, on the share of public funding (an association subsidised for more than 75% of its income is excluded) and on the de minimis cap. The other regions
- Wallonia: the business vouchers (digital maturity voucher) with a 75% intervention for companies under five years old and micro-companies, 50% for the others, and a cap of 60 000 EUR over three years
- Flanders: the kmo-portefeuille, 30% for small companies and 20% for medium ones, cap of 7 500 EUR per year, with increased rates for digitalisation and cybersecurity
- Everywhere: calls for projects by foundations (King Baudouin Foundation) and municipal aids, with their own calendars

The programme tells you honestly whether your association can claim it, and helps you prepare the file when it can. The application is filed before the first day of work: if you think you are entitled to it, say so at the first conversation, not at the first invoice. The prices of the Pricing page are at cost, with or without a grant: an aid obtained reduces what remains to pay, it does not change the quote.
Is a Brussels non-profit eligible?
Not automatically. The grant targets SMEs; a non-profit with an economic activity may be eligible under conditions, in particular if it is subsidised for less than 75% of its income. We check with you, and we say no when it is no.
What about Wallonia or Flanders?
The regions have their own schemes (business vouchers, kmo-portefeuille), with their own conditions, generally reserved to companies. The grants guide cites them with their sources.
What does the grant cover?
Digitalisation expenses carried out by a provider: website, tools, advice, training, according to the list of the official page. Running subscriptions and hardware are generally not included.
How long between the application and the payment?
The application is filed before the mission, the decision comes after review, and the payment after the invoices are justified. Count several months: the grant reimburses, it does not advance funds.
